  I was sent there by coworkers. Hadn't stepped for in a Wendy's for years and the lady at the counter helped me out. I told her things that I was supposed to get and she new what they wanted. Pretty fast and definitely friendly.

  Good food, good service, good prices! The salads are great, we'll above par for fast food. The only drawback is that there is almost always a line.

  Very friendly and good food. Excellent customer service. My little boy spilled his drink on the floor. I grabbed​ a bunch of napkins and wiped it up real quick. When I sat down, the smiling man working the eating area came back out and brought a wet floor sign and asked if I needed anything like a towel. He kept up well on the cleaning. My sandwich took a while. They warned me it would, but I was fine waiting. It was a little longer to wait then she said and when she brought the sandwich and asked me to come up after I ate because ​she wanted to refund my meal because it took so long. I refused because I new it would be a wait. She offered a free frosty instead which I didn't take either but I thought was really nice and great customer service. Great staff at this Wendy's.

  I went through the drive-thru around 6:30pm on a 2/22/17 Wednesday. My order was completely wrong, cold, and rancid, after being asked by the order-taker to, "pull around to the front to get off of their timer," so as to receive, "fresh" food." which I did NOT.
  By the time I finally got to my home in Meridian, and discovered my order was completely incorrect, I was frustrated and called the restaurant to see if I could go all the way back and get my correct order which I had paid for.
  The phone just rang and rang, so it being dinner time, I decided to call back later.... which I did around 8:30pm... STILL nobody answered.
  Long story short, my family and I will never give this location our business again, and I hope the managers here work harder at having satisfied customers, instead of just worrying about their quotas.
